Ok, so for most in the Sacred Name Movement, today is the “High Holy Day of Atonement”. What does that mean to most people? For most, it means no eating or drinking for 24 hours. It also means a day of repenting for past and present sins and asking to be forgiven. For me it has another meaning also:

So, yesterday I found out that the camera I am in charge of, ( I take most of the pictures at our religious functions) has a broken screen.  I have no inkling of an idea how that happened, except that is has happened to the last two cameras we have bought and that is exactly the reason we got a different brand.  That is reason #1
Reason #2: I have a terrible memory, and sometimes I can make some pretty bad decisions. This has happened to me before, but now it is my laptop.
I AM TYPING ON MY YOUNGER SISTER’S COMPUTER BECAUSE I FORGOT WHERE I PUT MY LAPTOP. Yeah, that is a serious offense. It has my schoolwork, my pictures, my Bible Jeopardy Excel worksheet, and so on……

OK , so there is 2 reasons now for being in serious trouble. I am really in need of forgiveness right now, from others and from Yahweh for not being responsible. I am not of age to be baptized yet, so the seriousness of Atonement has not really hit me yet. However, when I see that those two reasons right there making me really upset with myself, who could not be glad that there is someone to die for their sins, minor and serious, and who is willing to forgive you for promises broken, sins committed, etc.

By now you will understand the Holy Scripture’s verse that I have chosen for today’s post: Matthew 6:9

After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.
For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you:

But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses. That’s all I have for today folks, remember, contact email is teensofyah@gmail.com. Write soon and may Yahweh bless you and keep you

It was interesting to note that, right after the end of this prayer, there is a verse about your countenance when you fast, of any fast in general, but interesting to note when thinking about what day it is today..

Update; about two hours later: found my laptop, I forgot that I was using it while premastering a song.

Hello everyone,
Hope everyone is doing well. We are all doing great. I just wanted to drop in and say hello, and let everyone know what’s going on and why I am late on updating.
We just came back from  Harrison, AR. Our family had a singing gig there and it was really fun. We did some cruising around in Branson, Mo and Lake Ozark, MO. Will expound more on the subject later 🙂

Well, just wanted to update everyone and let you know I have not forgotten about you.

Shalom
Micaela Rae

P.S. I am reaaaaaallllllllyyyyy looking forward to the Feast of Tabernacles this year. I mean, like seriously I am excited……..
